Kace is the founder of the Encore region. He has over a decade of industry experience both in sales and management capacities. His best 12 month was 601 personal accounts and he has continued to be in the 0.01%. His biggest focus now is training others to do the same.

Tux loves spending time with his friends at Encore. His responsibilities include belly rubs, treats, and making his teammates smile.

Blake is in his 3rd year as lead tech for the encore region. Blake prides himself on working well with others while being both fast and thorough with every valued customer. Blake’s favorite part of working with encore is consistent high production with honest sales reps.

Mark is in his first year with Encore. Mark has shown a relentless spirit and is now consistently selling 1 every day. Mark’s favorite part of working with Encore is the top tier training and tools to succeed.

Seth is in his second year with encore. Seth is known for creating genuine rapport with all of his customers. Seth’s favorite part of working with encore are the high commissions that allow him flexibility to travel.

Jantz is in his 3rd year in the encore region. Jantz has taken the alarm industry by storm by producing consistently and leadership. His favorite part of working with encore is the year round commission that build wealth for him and his fiancé Alaina.
